It's a very pretty piece all around. (: Let's start.
- I really like the coloring! You blend your shades around nicely and there's a defined light. Good job. - It's very aesthetically pleasing, if not anatomically correct but I'll get to that in a little while. - Nice detail at various places, could use a little work elsewhere. Try to add more detail on her shirt, clothing, hair etc...folds in the clothing are always nice, if not essential. - This could be just a stylistic thing, but her eyes seem dreadfully stereotypically anime. It's not a problem, it's more of an opinionated comment, that. -ANATOMY ANATOMY ANATOMY. I cannot stress this enough! Look where her arms would bend, and how large they are relative to the rest of her body. For example, typically, a person's wrists end at their hips. Learning anatomy will seriously improve your art skills ten-fold!
Other than that, I suggest you try drawing in different styles, realism, testing with different poses and figures. Just to throw a little variety in there, you might want to even try drawing landscape. (: Good job, overall!
-People say my Coloring techniques are amazing, but that's because i focus more on coloring than actual Lineart.
-Details are what I'm terrible at D: I try to work on my hair mostly, and I'm terrible with Clothing folds. I need help with that...
-Oh, and the eyes are due to Chobits, that's what they look like, that's not how i normally draw them
-And, like folds, I'm terrible with Anatomy, MAINLY Arms, feet, and Hands. TT^TT I'm alright everywhere else.
And i am fairly good at Realism, but i don't draw it often. I prefer my Cartoon-ish art, even if it's not all that great. Thank you for the critique <3
