The black liquid absorbs and eats all foreign objects, be it gunshots or viruses. He has a monstrous appetite.

Personality: Dr. Step is extremely laidback, and seems to be more concerned about his work as a scientist than anything else. He is innovative and quick to shoot down 'stupid ideas', and doesn't like to repeat himself. He is unconcerned with 'socially correct' and tends to be in his own little world.
